A few open houses hosted in mid-February with positive feedback on layout, light, and quality — but no concrete offers. The Sunday before Feb 17 was very quiet (no visitors). Compass expanded the Private Exclusive reach to Anywhere brands (Coldwell Banker, Sotheby's, Century 21, ERA, Better Homes, Corcoran) before going public on MLS March 9.
